1. RESERVATIONS A deposit of 30% of the rental price must be paid. The balance must be paid by the date indicated on the reservation form, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Minimum rental periods: 7 days in low and mid-season, 15 days in high season. Reservations must be made 48 hours before departure.
2. SECURITY DEPOSIT Upon picking up the vehicle, a security deposit of €2000.00 must be paid by bank check or credit card, regardless of the vehicle class.
3. INSURANCE

• Third-party liability: covers damage caused to third parties with a single limit of €25,000,000.
• MAA Assistance: guarantees assistance in case of breakdown or accident, within the limits specified in the policy.
• Theft and Fire: covers total or partial loss of the vehicle due to theft, robbery or fire with an excess equal to the security deposit paid.
• CDW: covers damage to the vehicle in excess of €2000.00 for each event.

4. DRIVING LICENSE A valid B or international driving license issued at least one year previously is required. Minimum driver age 21.
5. VEHICLE DELIVERY AND RETURN This is carried out at our premises or at another agreed location. Any delay in return must be communicated telegraphically and promptly to the company to avoid the penalties provided for in the contract. For departures and arrivals outside of hours, provided they are agreed with Centro Caravan Costantini, a surcharge will be applied according to the distance, with a minimum of €25.00.
6. CLEANING SERVICE Applicable only if the vehicle is returned unclean: €50.00 for each waste water tank not emptied; €50.00 for a vehicle that is not clean inside.
7. PARKING During the rental period, the company provides the customer with a parking space on its premises.
8. MECHANICAL BREAKDOWNS AND REPAIRS The customer will be responsible for the direct payment of any repairs and, if these have been agreed with Centro Caravan Costantini, they will be reimbursed upon return, upon presentation of an invoice in the name of Centro Caravan Costantini. Damage to tires (punctures, blowouts, etc.) is not refundable.
9. CREDIT CARDS American Express, Carta Si, Visa Bankamericard, Master Card.
10. JURISDICTION For any dispute, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

SLEEPING BAG KITS AND SETS OF KITCHENWARE
Kits are available ( sleeping bag, pillow case, two towels ) at € 30, and sets of kitchenware ( cooking pots, cutlery, cups, plastic glasses, etc. ) at €. 50, for the whole rental period.
INSURANCE
RCA : third party insurance and property damage liability up to three billion £.
ROAD assistance
Service and assistance for technical failure or accident, within the limits stated in the policy.
THEFT AND FIRE
Coverage for partial or the whole loss of vehicle due to theft, robbery or fire in excess of the deposit amount.
CDW or CASKO
Coverage for damages to the vehicle in excess of € 2000,00 for each event.
DRIVING LICENSE
International or Italian B class driving license issued at least one year previuosly. Minimum age of driver 21.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
AIRPORT TRANSFERS ( both from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports )
Minibus available during our opening hours: cost € 80.
CLEANING SERVICES
Applicable only if the vehicle is unclean on delivery: € 20 if waste tanks are not emptied, € 40 if interior of the vehicle is not clean.
FREE PARKINGS AREA
Client’s cars can be parked inside Centro Caravan Costantini depot for duration of the rental period.
MECHANICAL FAILURES & REPAIRS
Any expenses sustained by the clients wich are not his resonsbility will be refunded on arrival upon producing the invoice showing the relevant parts replaced, and made out to Centro Caravan Costantini. Tyre repairs will not be refunded ( puncture, burst, etc. ) .

RESERVATIONS
Each reservation must be confirmed with a deposit at least of 30% of the total rental price ( minimum €. 100). The full amount must be paid within the date written on the reservation form, failing that, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
